1. Services

ARTHANG provides professional art installation, picture hanging, sculpture placement, art handling, and collection management services in the greater Los Angeles area. Bookings are confirmed through our online booking platform (ZenBooker) or by email.

2. Estimates and quotes

The online cost calculator provides planning ranges only and is not a binding quote. A confirmed quote is provided before work begins. If conditions on-site differ materially from what was quoted, we will discuss any adjustment before proceeding.

3. Payments

Payment terms are stated at booking and in the confirmed quote. Payments are processed through our booking platform. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided at the time of booking.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the artwork, walls, and access conditions, and for ensuring the worksite is accessible as scheduled.

5. Liability

We handle all artwork with professional care and insurance-grade practices. Our liability is limited to the terms stated in the confirmed quote and applicable law. Clients are encouraged to maintain their own fine-art insurance for high-value works.
